Cowboy Cookies

1 Cup butter

1 Cup sugar

1 Cup packed brown sugar

Cream together and add 2 eggs.

Add: 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 2 cups flour and 2 Cups oatmeal.

Ingredients:

1 box of cream cheese cake mix

1/2 cup (1 stick) of unsalted butter, softened

1 large egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup of mix-ins (chocolate chips, nuts, etc.)

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese cake mix, softened butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Use a hand mixer or a wooden spoon to mix the ingredients until well combined and a soft dough forms.

Fold in your chosen mix-ins. This could be chocolate chips, chopped nuts, or anything else you like in your cookies.

Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll them into balls. Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each one.

Flatten each cookie slightly with the back of a spoon or your fingers. This will help them spread and bake more evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Keep an eye on them to prevent over-baking.

Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Enjoy your delicious Cream Cheese Cake Mix Cookies!
