Banana Bread Brownies Recipe

1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 eggs
3 ripe bananas, mashed
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

1/2 cup butter
3 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups powdered sugar

Preheat Oven and Prepare Pan: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease and flour a 15×10-inch jelly roll pan.

Cream Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, beat together sugar, sour cream, butter, and eggs until creamy. Blend in mashed bananas and vanilla extract.

Add Dry Ingredients: Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until well combined. Stir in walnuts and chocolate chips if using.
