- 1 can crescent roll dough (8 rolls)
- 4 breakfast sausage links, cooked and cut in half
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- In a non-stick skillet, melt butter over medium heat and scramble the eggs until just set; remove from heat.
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
- Place a spoonful of scrambled eggs, a half sausage link, and a sprinkle of cheese at the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll up each triangle starting from the wide end, enclosing the filling.
- Place roll-ups on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy.

- Use pre-cooked sausage to save time.
- Substitute with turkey sausage or plant-based sausage if preferred.
