- 1 tbsp dried basil
- 1 tbsp dried thyme
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine all the spices and herbs.
- Mix thoroughly until evenly blended.
- Transfer to an airtight container or spice jar.
- Store in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.
Notes
- Use 1–2 teaspoons per pound of meat or vegetables for seasoning.
