Description

A flavorful and aromatic Greek-inspired spice blend perfect for seasoning meats, vegetables, and Mediterranean dishes.


Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp dried basil
  • 1 tbsp dried thyme
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine all the spices and herbs.
  2. Mix thoroughly until evenly blended.
  3. Transfer to an airtight container or spice jar.
  4. Store in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.

Notes

  • Use 1–2 teaspoons per pound of meat or vegetables for seasoning.
  • Add a pinch to salad dressings or marinades for a Greek twist.
