Ingredients:
2 cups shredded coconut (unsweetened)
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup coconut cream

Add the sweetened condensed milk and coconut cream to the bowl. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
The mixture should have a sticky consistency that holds together. If it’s too dry, you can add a bit more sweetened condensed milk.
Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls. Place the coconut balls on a tray lined with parchment paper.
Once all the balls are formed, refrigerate them for at least 1-2 hours to set.
After they have hardened, you can store the coconut cream balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
