Christmas Brownie Cookies

Ingredients

For the Brownie Cookies:

1/2 cup unsalted butter

1 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

Instructions

Preheat Oven & Prepare Baking Sheets:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

Melt Butter & Chocolate:

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and chocolate chips together. Stir until smooth and let it cool slightly.

Mix Wet Ingredients:
