- 2 cups pomegranate arils (seeds)
- 2 oranges, peeled and segmented
- 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
- 1 apple, diced
- 1 pear, diced
- 1 cup red grapes, halved
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
For the Dressing:
- 2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup for vegan)
- 1 tablespoon fresh orange juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Prepare the fruits:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the pomegranate arils, orange segments, kiwi slices, diced apple, diced pear, red grapes, and dried cranberries.
- Make the dressing:
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, orange juice, lemon juice, and ground cinnamon until well combined.
- Assemble the salad:
- Drizzle the dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat. Let the salad sit for 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
