Description

This viral salad is packed with crunchy cucumbers, sweet bell peppers, and a zesty dressing made with soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili flakes, and everything bagel seasoning. It’s the perfect light and flavorful snack or side dish!

1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced

1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced

1/4 red onion, thinly sliced (optional)

For the Dressing:

2 tablespoons soy sauce (or coconut aminos for gluten-free)

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

1 teaspoon honey (or maple syrup for vegan option)

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust for spice)

1/2 teaspoon everything bagel seasoning (or sesame seeds & sea salt mix)

1 teaspoon sriracha (optional for extra heat)

1 teaspoon sesame oil


Instructions

Prepare the Vegetables:

 

Slice cucumbers and bell peppers into thin rounds or strips.

Thinly slice red onion if using.

Make the Dressing:

 

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, everything bagel seasoning, sriracha, and sesame oil.

Toss & Serve:

 

Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and bell peppers.

Toss everything together until well coated.
