A refreshing and festive sparkling cranberry orange sangria made with fresh fruit, cranberry juice, orange liqueur, and bubbly prosecco — perfect for holiday gatherings or summer brunches.

- 1 bottle (750 ml) prosecco or sparkling wine, chilled
- 1 cup cranberry juice
- 1/2 cup orange liqueur (such as Cointreau or Triple Sec)
- 1/4 cup simple syrup or honey (optional, to taste)
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1/2 cup pomegranate arils (optional)
- 1 cup club soda or sparkling water, chilled
- Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine cranberry juice, orange liqueur, and simple syrup or honey if using. Stir to combine.
- Add orange slices, fresh cranberries, and pomegranate arils (if using). Chill for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld.
- When ready to serve, pour in the chilled prosecco and club soda. Stir gently to combine.
- Serve in glasses filled with ice, garnished with rosemary sprigs if desired.
Notes
- Use sparkling cider for a non-alcoholic version.
- Add more or less sweetener based on your taste preference.
- Make ahead by prepping the juice and fruit mixture, then add the bubbly right before serving.
