  • 24 small crackers or blinis
  • 6 oz smoked salmon, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Optional: capers for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix cream cheese with lemon juice, lemon zest, dill, and chives until well combined.
  2. Spread about 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture onto each cracker or blini.
  3. Top each with a small slice of smoked salmon.
