1 cup sour cream
-
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

-
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
-
1/2 cup sliced black olives

1/2 cup chopped green onions

In a medium bowl, mix the refried beans with taco seasoning until fully combined. Spread the mixture in the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish or a large serving platter.
-
In another bowl, blend the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Carefully spread over the bean layer.
-
Spread guacamole evenly over the sour cream layer.
-
Spoon the salsa or pico de gallo over the guacamole layer.
-
Add a layer of shredded lettuce.
-
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the lettuce.
-
Finish with black olives and chopped green onions on top.
-
Cover and chill for at least 1 hour before serving. Serve with tortilla chips.
Notes
-
For best results, drain salsa before adding to prevent the dip from getting watery.
-
You can make this dip up to a day in advance—just wait to add the lettuce and cheese until closer to serving.
-
Add diced jalapeños or hot sauce for a spicy kick.
