Description

Salmon Everything Bagel Cucumbers are a quick, low-carb snack or appetizer featuring crisp cucumber rounds topped with herbed cream cheese, smoked salmon, and everything bagel seasoning.


Ingredients

  • 1 large cucumber, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 4 oz smoked salmon, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
  • 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix cream cheese with chopped dill and lemon juice if using.
  2. Spread about 1 tsp of the cream cheese mixture on each cucumber round.
  3. Top each with a small piece of smoked salmon.
  4. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning evenly over the tops.
  5. Finish with a dash of black pepper and serve immediately.
