Description

Ritz Churro Bites are a quick and easy snack that transforms buttery Ritz crackers into a sweet, cinnamon-sugar coated treat. Perfect for parties, movie nights, or an after-school surprise.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers (about 30 crackers), broken into halves or quarters
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the Ritz cracker pieces with melted butter until evenly coated.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon together.
  4. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the buttered crackers and toss gently to coat.
  5. Spread the coated crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 8–10 minutes, until golden and crisp. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving. They will crisp up more as they cool.

Notes

  • For extra sweetness, drizzle with melted white chocolate after baking.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
  • Add a pinch of salt or cayenne for a sweet and salty twist.
  • Try different cracker types for a variation in flavor and texture.
