- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 (10 oz) bag mini marshmallows
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- Cooking spray or butter (for greasing)
- 1 cup shredded coconut (optional, for grass effect)
- Green food coloring (optional)

Instructions
- In a large saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.
- Stir in Rice Krispies cereal until well coated.
- Lightly grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or butter. Spoon cereal mixture into each cup, pressing gently in the center with your fingers or a spoon to create a nest shape. Let cool and set.
- If using coconut, place it in a zip-top bag with a few drops of green food coloring. Shake until evenly colored.
- Once nests are set, optionally sprinkle with green coconut and top each with candy eggs or jelly beans.
- Gently remove from the muffin tin and serve or store in an airtight container.
Notes
- Spray your hands with cooking spray to make shaping the nests easier.
- Nests can be made 1–2 days in advance and stored in a sealed container.
- Use silicone muffin cups for even easier release.
