- 1 bottle (750 ml) dry white wine (e.g., Sauvignon Blanc)
- 1/2 cup orange liqueur (e.g., Triple Sec or Cointreau)
- 1/4 cup brandy (optional)
- 1/4 cup simple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup orange slices
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup green grapes, halved
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup blackberries
- 1 can (12 oz) lemon-lime soda or sparkling water, for topping
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, orange liqueur, brandy (if using), and simple syrup. Stir well.
- Layer the fruits in the pitcher in rainbow order: strawberries, oranges, pineapple, kiwi, green grapes, blueberries, and blackberries.
- Refrigerate the sangria for at least 2–4 hours to allow flavors to meld.
- When ready to serve, gently stir and top with lemon-lime soda or sparkling water for a fizzy finish.
- Serve over ice in glasses and include some fruit in each serving.
