- 4 oz cream cheese, softened

Instructions
- Prepare Oreo Crumbs: Crush 20 Oreo cookies in a food processor or place them in a plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin. Set aside.
- Make Chocolate Pudding: In a medium bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until thickened, about 2 minutes. Set aside.
- Make Cream Cheese Layer: In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping until well combined.
- Assemble Pudding Cups:
- Start by layering 1-2 tablespoons of crushed Oreos at the bottom of each cup.
- Spoon or pipe a layer of the cream cheese mixture over the Oreo crumbs.
- Add a layer of chocolate pudding on top of the cream cheese layer.
- Repeat with another layer of crushed Oreos, cream cheese mixture, and chocolate pudding if space allows.
- Add Toppings: Garnish each cup with a dollop of whipped topping and sprinkle with extra crushed Oreos or place a mini Oreo on top.
- Chill and Serve: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to let the flavors blend. Serve chilled.
Notes
- For a cookies-and-cream twist, use vanilla or white chocolate pudding instead of chocolate.
- These cups can be made a day in advance—just store them covered in the refrigerator.
