Description

One Pan Kielbasa and Potatoes is a hearty and flavorful dish combining smoky sausage, tender potatoes, and savory spices, all cooked together for a quick and easy meal.


Ingredients

  • 14 oz kielbasa sausage, sliced into rounds
  • 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved or quartered
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the potatoes on the baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 20 minutes.
  4. After 20 minutes, add the sliced kielbasa to the baking sheet and toss with the potatoes.
  5. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes, or until potatoes are golden and fork-tender, and kielbasa is browned.
  6. Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve warm.

  • You can add sliced onions or bell peppers for extra flavor and color.
  • For crispier potatoes, broil for the last 2-3 minutes.
