Description

Festive and easy no-bake almond balls made with ground almonds, coconut, and sweetened condensed milk – a quick holiday treat with a rich nutty flavor.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cups almond flour or finely ground almonds
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Extra shredded coconut or finely chopped almonds for rolling (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, shredded coconut, and salt.
  2. Add sweetened condensed milk and almond extract. Mix until fully combined and mixture holds together.
  3. Using a small cookie scoop or your hands, form mixture into 1-inch balls.
  4. Roll each ball in extra coconut or chopped almonds if desired.
  5. Place on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
