Description

No-bake brownie bites are rich, fudgy, and packed with chocolatey goodness. Made with just a few simple ingredients, these bite-sized treats are perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth without turning on the oven.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup (100 g) finely crushed chocolate graham crackers or brownie crumbs
  • 1/2 cup (120 g) creamy peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • 1/4 cup (30 g) cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup (85 g) honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/3 cup (60 g) mini chocolate chips

Optional Toppings:

  • Shredded coconut
  • Crushed nuts
  • Sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Prepare the mixture:

    • In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers, peanut butter, cocoa powder, honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until a thick, sticky dough forms.
    • Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  2. Shape the bites:

    • Using your hands or a small cookie scoop, roll the mixture into 1-inch balls. If the dough is too sticky, chill it in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes before shaping.
  3. Add toppings (optional):

    • Roll the brownie bites in shredded coconut, crushed nuts, or sprinkles for added texture and flavor.
  4. Chill:

    • Place the brownie bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Serve:

    • Store the brownie bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 3 months. Enjoy them straight from the fridge or at room temperature.

Notes

  • Substitute the peanut butter with sunflower seed butter or tahini for a nut-free version.
  • Add a tablespoon of protein powder for an extra boost.
  • For a keto-friendly version, use almond flour instead of graham crackers and a sugar-free sweetener.
