- 1 can (10 oz) red enchilada sauce
- 1 1/2 to 2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange frozen taquitos in a single layer in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Pour enchilada sauce evenly over the taquitos.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese generously over the top.
- Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes or until taquitos are heated through and cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly, then add desired toppings before serving.
