Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped cucumber, tomatoes, onion, and green chili.
- Add lemon juice, salt, pepper, and roasted cumin powder.
- Mix everything well until evenly coated with the dressing.
- Garnish with fresh chopped cilantro.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for 10–15 minutes before serving for extra freshness.
