Description

A refreshing and visually stunning iced strawberry matcha latte with layers of sweet strawberry puree, creamy milk, and vibrant matcha.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
  • 12 tbsp sugar or honey
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mash the strawberries with sugar or honey to make a chunky puree.
  2. Fill a glass with ice cubes and spoon the strawberry puree into the bottom.
  3. Pour the milk gently over the strawberry layer.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk matcha powder with hot water until smooth and frothy.
  5. Slowly pour the matcha over the milk to create layers.
  6. Stir before drinking and enjoy!
