Description

Ground Turkey with Potatoes is a simple, wholesome, and flavorful one-pan meal featuring seasoned ground turkey, tender potatoes, and vegetables — perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 3 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they begin to soften and brown.
  3. Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are softened.
  4. Add ground turkey, breaking it apart with a spatula, and cook until browned and cooked through.
  5. Season with paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
  6. Continue to cook for another 5 minutes, allowing flavors to meld and potatoes to become tender.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
