- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they begin to soften and brown.
- Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are softened.
- Add ground turkey, breaking it apart with a spatula, and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Season with paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
- Continue to cook for another 5 minutes, allowing flavors to meld and potatoes to become tender.
