- 1/4 cup beef broth or water (optional, for moisture)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce (optional for flavor depth)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add diced onion and garlic, sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.
- Stir in chopped cabbage and season with paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add broth or water if the mixture seems dry. Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cabbage is tender.
- Uncover and cook for another 2-3 minutes to let excess liquid evaporate.
- Stir in soy sauce if using, adjust seasoning to taste, and serve hot.
