Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves (or 1 teaspoon dried)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium-low heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.
- Stir in lemon juice and zest, then cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Add chopped parsley and thyme, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
