Description

The Frozen Mudslide is a boozy, creamy, and chocolatey cocktail that blends vodka, Kahlúa, and Irish cream with ice and vanilla ice cream for a rich, milkshake-style treat. It’s dessert and happy hour all in one!

Ingredients

  • 1 oz vodka

  • 1 oz Kahlúa (coffee liqueur)

  • 1 oz Baileys Irish Cream

  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream

  • 1 cup ice cubes

  • Optional: chocolate syrup, whipped cream, chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions

  • Drizzle chocolate syrup along the inside of a chilled glass (optional).

  • In a blender, combine vodka, Kahlúa, Baileys, vanilla ice cream, and ice.

  • Blend until smooth and creamy.

  • Pour into the prepared glass.

 

  • Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings if desired. Serve immediately with a straw.

Notes

  • For a thicker drink, use less ice or more ice cream.

  • Add chocolate or coffee ice cream for a flavor twist.
