These Easy Chicken Taco Pinwheels are loaded with shredded chicken, cream cheese, taco seasoning, and all your favorite toppings – rolled up in soft tortillas for the perfect bite-sized snack or appetizer. No baking, super simple, and totally delicious!
Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup cooked, shredded chicken

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup sour cream

2 tablespoons taco seasoning (store-bought or homemade)

1/4 cup diced green onions

1/4 cup diced red bell pepper (optional)

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

4 large flour tortillas (burrito size)
Instructions

In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning until smooth.

Stir in shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, green onions, red bell pepper, and cilantro (if using).

Spread about ½ cup of the mixture evenly over each tortilla.

Roll up the tortillas tightly and wrap each one in plastic wrap.

Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour to firm up.
