- 24 Ritz crackers
- 6 dill pickles, sliced into rounds
- 6 slices cheddar cheese, cut into quarters
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese (optional, for spread)
- 1 teaspoon dried dill (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Lay out 12 Ritz crackers on a serving tray.
- If using, spread a thin layer of cream cheese on each cracker.
- Place a quarter slice of cheddar cheese on top of each cracker.
- Add a dill pickle slice on top of the cheese.
- Top each with another Ritz cracker to make a sandwich bite.
- Sprinkle with dried dill for garnish, if desired. Serve immediately.
