Description

These Dill Pickle & Cheese Ritz Bites are the perfect quick and tangy snack or appetizer. With creamy cheese, crunchy pickles, and buttery crackers, they’re a crowd-pleasing treat ready in minutes.


Ingredients

  • 24 Ritz crackers
  • 6 dill pickles, sliced into rounds
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese, cut into quarters
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese (optional, for spread)
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Lay out 12 Ritz crackers on a serving tray.
  2. If using, spread a thin layer of cream cheese on each cracker.
  3. Place a quarter slice of cheddar cheese on top of each cracker.
  4. Add a dill pickle slice on top of the cheese.
  5. Top each with another Ritz cracker to make a sandwich bite.
  6. Sprinkle with dried dill for garnish, if desired. Serve immediately.
