Description

Creamy Tuscan Chicken is a rich and flavorful dish featuring pan-seared chicken breasts smothered in a creamy garlic Parmesan sauce with sun-dried tomatoes and spinach. It’s an elegant yet easy meal perfect for weeknights or special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil or parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken for 5–6 minutes per side or until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and deglaze the pan, then add heavy cream, Parmesan, sun-dried tomatoes, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over the top. Simmer for 2–3 minutes to reheat.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley and serve warm with pasta, rice, or crusty bread.
