- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil or parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken for 5–6 minutes per side or until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and deglaze the pan, then add heavy cream, Parmesan, sun-dried tomatoes, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
- Return chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over the top. Simmer for 2–3 minutes to reheat.
- Garnish with fresh basil or parsley and serve warm with pasta, rice, or crusty bread.

- Use thinly sliced chicken cutlets for quicker cooking.
