Description

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh basil (optional)
  • Red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-6 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, lower heat to medium. Add garlic and sun-dried tomatoes; sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir and bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and the sauce is smooth.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for 2-3 minutes to heat through.
  7. Add cooked pasta and toss to coat evenly in the sauce. Adjust seasoning if needed.
  8. Top with fresh basil and red pepper flakes if desired. Serve immediately.

  • Use sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil for the most flavor.
