- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh basil (optional)
- Red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-6 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, lower heat to medium. Add garlic and sun-dried tomatoes; sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for 2-3 minutes to heat through.
- Add cooked pasta and toss to coat evenly in the sauce. Adjust seasoning if needed.
- Top with fresh basil and red pepper flakes if desired. Serve immediately.

- Use sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil for the most flavor.
