- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 1/4 cups Bisquick mix (or other biscuit baking mix)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
Instructions
Prepare the Mixture:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- In a large bowl, combine the sausage and cream cheese. Mix well until fully combined.
- Add the cheddar cheese, Bisquick mix, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Mix until a uniform dough forms.
Shape the Sausage Balls:
- Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture and roll into balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them slightly apart.
