1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup chopped pecans
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter and graham cracker crumbs. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
Evenly layer the shredded coconut, chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and chopped pecans over the crust.
Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the layered ingredients.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
