Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until evenly combined. Press half of the mixture into the bottom of a 9×9-inch baking dish to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in whipped topping until well combined.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust layer.
- Carefully spoon cherry pie filling over the cream layer and spread evenly.
- Top with the remaining cream cheese mixture, spreading gently to cover the cherries.
- Sprinkle the remaining graham cracker crumb mixture over the top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
