Description

  • 1/4 cup (60 g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley (optional, for garnish)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional, adjust to taste)



Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
  2. Make the garlic butter coating:
    • In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Stir well.
  3. Coat the crackers:
    • Place the Ritz Bits in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle the garlic butter mixture over the crackers. Gently toss until the crackers are evenly coated.
  4. Bake:
