Description

Burrata Bruschetta is a simple yet elegant appetizer featuring creamy burrata cheese on toasted bread, topped with fresh tomatoes, basil, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.


Ingredients

  • 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Balsamic glaze for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Brush baguette slices with olive oil and place on a baking sheet.
  3. Toast in the oven for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
