- Salt and pepper to taste
- Balsamic glaze for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Brush baguette slices with olive oil and place on a baking sheet.
- Toast in the oven for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Rub each toasted slice with a garlic clove for added flavor.
- Top each slice with a spoonful of burrata cheese.
