Description

Bundt Pan Nachos are a fun and creative twist on traditional nachos, made by layering tortilla chips, cheese, and your favorite toppings in a Bundt pan and baking until hot and melty. Perfect for parties, game day, or a festive appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 8 cups tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
  • 1 cup cooked and seasoned ground beef or shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup sour cream or guacamole, for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a Bundt pan.
  2. In layers, add chips, meat, beans, olives, jalapeños, and cheese, repeating until ingredients are used and finishing with cheese on top.
  3. Gently press down after each layer to help the nachos hold their shape.
  4. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Carefully invert onto a serving platter. Top with tomatoes, green onions, cilantro, and dollops of sour cream or guacamole.
  7. Serve immediately and pull apart to enjoy.

  • Use parchment paper at the base for easier release.
