Bundt Pan Nachos are a fun and creative twist on traditional nachos, made by layering tortilla chips, cheese, and your favorite toppings in a Bundt pan and baking until hot and melty. Perfect for parties, game day, or a festive appetizer.

- 8 cups tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
- 1 cup cooked and seasoned ground beef or shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup sour cream or guacamole, for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a Bundt pan.
- In layers, add chips, meat, beans, olives, jalapeños, and cheese, repeating until ingredients are used and finishing with cheese on top.
- Gently press down after each layer to help the nachos hold their shape.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Carefully invert onto a serving platter. Top with tomatoes, green onions, cilantro, and dollops of sour cream or guacamole.
- Serve immediately and pull apart to enjoy.
Notes
- Use parchment paper at the base for easier release.
- Customize with any nacho toppings or protein you like.
- Best served fresh for optimal crunch and texture.
