  • 2 small Roma tomatoes, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

  • Juice of 1 lime (about 2 tablespoons)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Avocados:

    • Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a medium bowl.
  2. Mash the Avocados:

    • Using a fork, mash the avocados to your desired consistency. Leave it slightly chunky for texture or mash until smooth.
  3. Add the Mix-Ins:

    • Stir in the diced red onion, jalapeƱos, Roma tomatoes, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, salt, and cumin (if using). Mix until well combined.
