Description

Air Fryer Baked Potatoes are fluffy on the inside with perfectly crispy skins — a quick, easy way to make classic baked potatoes without heating up the oven.


Ingredients

  • 4 medium russet potatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • Optional toppings: butter, sour cream, shredded cheese, chives, bacon bits

Instructions

  1. Scrub potatoes clean and pat dry. Pierce each potato a few times with a fork.
  2. Rub potatoes all over with olive oil and sprinkle with kosher salt.
  3. Place potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 35–40 minutes, turning halfway through, until skins are crispy and a fork easily pierces the center.
  5. Carefully remove and cut a slit in each potato. Fluff the insides with a fork and add your favorite toppings.

Notes

  • Cooking time may vary slightly depending on potato size and air fryer model.
  • For extra crispy skins, rub with a bit more oil halfway through cooking.
