Description
Air Fryer Baked Potatoes are fluffy on the inside with perfectly crispy skins — a quick, easy way to make classic baked potatoes without heating up the oven.
Ingredients

- 4 medium russet potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- Optional toppings: butter, sour cream, shredded cheese, chives, bacon bits
Instructions
- Scrub potatoes clean and pat dry. Pierce each potato a few times with a fork.
- Rub potatoes all over with olive oil and sprinkle with kosher salt.
- Place potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 35–40 minutes, turning halfway through, until skins are crispy and a fork easily pierces the center.
- Carefully remove and cut a slit in each potato. Fluff the insides with a fork and add your favorite toppings.
Notes
- Cooking time may vary slightly depending on potato size and air fryer model.
- For extra crispy skins, rub with a bit more oil halfway through cooking.
- Serve with classic toppings or load them up with chili or steamed broccoli and cheese for a meal.
