- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
1. Cook the beef mixture
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and diced onion.
- Cook until the beef is browned and the onion is softened, about 5–7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and set aside.
2. Assemble the sliders
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the bottom halves of the slider buns in a baking dish or on a baking sheet.
- Spread the cooked beef mixture evenly over the buns.
- Top each slider with a slice of cheese, followed by pickles.
- Place the top halves of the buns on the sliders.
3. Prepare the butter glaze
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic powder, parsley, and sesame seeds (if using).
- Brush the butter glaze generously over the tops of the buns.
4. Bake the sliders
- Cover the sliders with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
5. Serve
- Serve the sliders warm with ketchup and mustard on the side for dipping or spreading.
Notes
- Customizations: Add bacon, jalapeños, or sautéed mushrooms for extra flavor.
- Make-Ahead: Cook the beef mixture in advance and assemble just before baking.
- Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
