2 cups whole milk (or half & half for extra creaminess)- 1/2 cup heavy cream (optional, for extra richness)
- 1 cup white chocolate chips (or chopped white chocolate)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Whipped cream, for topping (optional)
- White chocolate shavings or sprinkles, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Heat the milk & cream – In a saucepan over medium-low heat, warm the milk and heavy cream until hot but not boiling. Stir occasionally.- Melt the chocolate – Add white chocolate chips and stir constantly until fully melted and smooth.
- Add flavoring – Stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Remove from heat.
- Serve & garnish – Pour into mugs, top with whipped cream, and garnish with white chocolate shavings or sprinkles. Enjoy warm!
