Description

This White Christmas Punch is a festive and refreshing holiday drink perfect for parties and gatherings. Made with creamy coconut, tangy pineapple, and sparkling soda, it’s a snowy and tropical punch that’s as delicious as it is beautiful. Add a touch of elegance with festive garnishes!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup coconut milk (unsweetened or sweetened, based on preference)
  • 2 cups pineapple juice (chilled)
  • 1 liter lemon-lime soda (chilled, such as Sprite)
  • 1/2 cup white cranberry juice (optional, for added flavor)
  • 1/2 cup cream of coconut (for extra creaminess, optional)
  • Ice cubes

For Garnish:

  • Fresh cranberries
  • Sliced limes or lemons
  • Rosemary sprigs
  • Shredded coconut (optional, for a snowy effect)

Instructions

1. Mix the Punch:

  1. In a large punch bowl or pitcher, combine the coconut milk, pineapple juice, and white cranberry juice (if using). Stir well until smooth.
  2. Add the cream of coconut for extra richness, stirring to incorporate.

2. Add the Fizz:

  1. Just before serving, pour in the chilled lemon-lime soda and gently stir to combine.

3. Serve:

  1. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the punch over the top.
  2. Garnish with fresh cranberries, lime slices, rosemary sprigs, or a sprinkle of shredded coconut for a festive touch.

Notes

  • Make It Boozy: Add 1-2 cups of coconut rum or vodka for an adult version.
  • Frozen Option: Blend the punch ingredients with ice for a slushy, snow-like texture.
  • Make Ahead: Mix the non-carbonated ingredients ahead of time and refrigerate. Add the soda just before serving to keep it fizzy.
