- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips and rainbow sprinkles.
- Scoop about 1 ½ tablespoons of dough per cookie onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- For extra soft cookies, slightly underbake them and let them finish setting on the baking sheet.
- You can swap rainbow sprinkles for holiday-themed sprinkles to match any occasion!
- If you prefer a crispier texture, bake for an extra 1–2 minutes.
