This White Chocolate Coconut Fudge is a creamy and indulgent treat that combines the sweetness of white chocolate with the tropical flavor of coconut. It’s easy to make and perfect for sharing during holidays or special occasions.

Ingredients

Scale

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 teaspoon coconut extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Additional shredded coconut for topping (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Pan: Line an 8×8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  • Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.
  • Add Flavorings: Stir in the shredded coconut, coconut extract, and salt until evenly combined.
  • Transfer to Pan: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly. If desired, sprinkle additional shredded coconut on top for garnish.
  • Chill: Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  • Serve: Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment overhang. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

  • For a toasted coconut flavor, lightly toast the shredded coconut before mixing it into the fudge.
  • Store the fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
  • Ensure the white chocolate chips are fresh for optimal melting and texture.
