Ingredients
Scale
1 cup pink lemonade, chilled
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream (or coconut cream for a dairy-free option)
1 tablespoon powdered sugar (optional, for sweetness)
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional, for flavor)
Ice cubes
Lemon slices or fresh berries, for garnish
Instructions
Make the Whipped Layer:
In a medium bowl, add the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
Using a hand mixer, whip on medium-high speed until soft peaks form, about 2-3 minutes.
Prepare the Pink Lemonade Base:
Fill a tall glass with ice cubes and pour the pink lemonade over the ice, filling the glass about 3/4 of the way.
Top with Whipped Cream:
Spoon or pipe the whipped cream on top of the pink lemonade, creating a whipped layer on top of the drink.
Garnish and Serve:
Garnish with lemon slices or fresh berries for a pop of color.
Stir lightly before drinking to mix in the whipped cream layer, or enjoy it as a layered drink.
Notes
Sweetness: Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less powdered sugar to the whipped cream.
Serving Size: This recipe makes one serving, so adjust as needed for more servings.
Dairy-Free Option: Use coconut cream instead of heavy whipping cream for a tropical twist!
