Whipped Pink Lemonade is a fun twist on classic lemonade with a creamy, whipped texture and a beautiful pink color. It’s easy to make and perfect for a refreshing, photogenic drink!

  • 1 cup pink lemonade, chilled
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream (or coconut cream for a dairy-free option)
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar (optional, for sweetness)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional, for flavor)
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slices or fresh berries, for garnish

Instructions

  • Make the Whipped Layer:
    • In a medium bowl, add the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
    • Using a hand mixer, whip on medium-high speed until soft peaks form, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Prepare the Pink Lemonade Base:
    • Fill a tall glass with ice cubes and pour the pink lemonade over the ice, filling the glass about 3/4 of the way.
  • Top with Whipped Cream:
    • Spoon or pipe the whipped cream on top of the pink lemonade, creating a whipped layer on top of the drink.
  • Garnish and Serve:
    • Garnish with lemon slices or fresh berries for a pop of color.
    • Stir lightly before drinking to mix in the whipped cream layer, or enjoy it as a layered drink.
