- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the bell peppers and onions until softened, about 5 minutes. Let cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Spread ham, sautéed vegetables, and cheese evenly in the prepared pie crust.
- Pour the egg mixture over the top, ensuring it covers all the fillings.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly golden.
- Let rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
