- 4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed and frozen
- 2 tbsp lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- 2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Add frozen watermelon cubes, lime juice, honey or maple syrup (if using), and a pinch of salt to a food processor or high-speed blender.
- Blend until smooth, scraping down sides as needed. Add a splash of water if necessary to help it blend.
- Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture or transfer to a container and freeze for 1-2 hours for a firmer consistency.
- Scoop and serve garnished with fresh mint or lime zest if desired.
Notes
- Use very ripe watermelon for the best natural sweetness.
- You can freeze the cubed watermelon ahead of time for quick preparation.
