- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
- 1 (3 oz) box strawberry gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water. Stir in cold water and chopped strawberries. Chill for 30 minutes until partially set.
- Gently crush the pretzels in the individual bags to desired texture.
- Open each bag and spoon in a layer of the cream cheese mixture.
- Top with a few spoonfuls of the strawberry gelatin mixture.
- Serve immediately with a spoon, or chill for a firmer dessert before serving.
