Description

A classic Waldorf salad featuring crisp apples, celery, grapes, and walnuts tossed in a creamy dressing. A refreshing and crunchy side dish perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup red grapes, halved
  • 1/2 cup celery, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt (or a mix of both)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: lettuce leaves for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced apples, grapes, celery, and walnuts.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
  3. Pour the dressing over the fruit and vegetable mixture and toss gently until well coated.
  4. Chill for at least 15 minutes to let flavors meld.
