- 1 cup red grapes, halved
- 1/2 cup celery, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt (or a mix of both)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: lettuce leaves for serving
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced apples, grapes, celery, and walnuts.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the fruit and vegetable mixture and toss gently until well coated.
- Chill for at least 15 minutes to let flavors meld.
- Serve on a bed of lettuce leaves if desired.

- Use toasted walnuts for extra flavor and crunch.
