Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice (almond, oat, dairy, etc.)
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder (optional, for a mocha flavor)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes (for a thicker smoothie)

Instructions
