These Valentine’s Strawberry Kiss Cookies are soft, chewy, and bursting with strawberry flavor. Made with a strawberry cake mix and topped with a chocolate Hershey’s Kiss, they’re a simple yet festive treat for Valentine’s Day or any special occasion!

- 1 box (15.25 oz) strawberry cake mix
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar (for rolling)
- 24 Hershey’s Kisses (milk chocolate or white chocolate)
- Red and pink sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Set to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix the dough: In a large bowl, mix the strawberry cake mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until combined. The dough will be slightly sticky.
- Shape the cookies: Scoop out 1 tablespoon of dough, roll into a ball, and coat in granulated sugar. Place on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Bake: Bake for 8–10 minutes until the edges are set but the centers are still soft.
- Add the Hershey’s Kiss: Immediately after removing from the oven, gently press a Hershey’s Kiss into the center of each cookie.
- Cool & serve: Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- Use white chocolate or dark chocolate Kisses for variety.
- Add red and pink sprinkles for extra Valentine’s flair.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
